Ann's Journey to Color Street Nails

Here's My Story (and I'm stickin' to it)!

Hmm, let's see, where to start...I'm an Independent Founding Stylist and Color Street Director.  What this means is that I was among the very first Color Street Stylists ever - yup, I was on board when Color Street first launched in June 2017.  Joining Color Street was the best decision I ever made!

Anyway,  my great-grandparents emigrated to Canada in the 1800's and later moved to the States.  I grew up in Minnesota but moved to Arizona with my family after high school.  I am blessed with 4 siblings and their families, 3 grown children, 7 wonderful grands, and a long-suffering husband with a great sense of humor.  They are the most important people in my life and I love them dearly!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Human Relations.  I spent most of my career in Human Resources, retiring after many years as the Human Resources Director for the metropolitan Phoenix community in which I live.

I knew when I retired I wanted to stay active - I'm still a kid at heart. I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and I worked in sales before starting my HR Career, so I knew  I wanted to get back into sales.  I also knew I wanted to sell something that made people happy.

This sales "bug" of mine goes all the way back  to my elementary school days when I sold greeting cards door to door (you'd never  let your kids do that these days).  Later I sold beauty products, again going door to door and doing parties.  I worked my way through College selling home furnishings and custom draperies on commission.

After I retired, but before Color Street came to market, I sold Jamberry nail products for a few years because they were pretty much the only direct sales nail products on the market, but there were things about them I didn't like, so I started looking for something else.

Then, BAM, in the Spring of 2017 I discovered Color Street before they even came to market.  I tried ONE sample strip on ONE NAIL and was blown away by the ease, convenience and innovation of the product.  Plus I LOVED it!  That sample stayed on my nail for a good two weeks just as promised!   I knew immediately that I wanted IN, so I joined a pre-launch group of Stylists-In-Waiting and eagerly counted down the days until the company launched in June!

I was more excited about Color Street than I have ever been about any beauty product - because it did exactly what it was supposed to do - every time!

I've been having fun and meeting new friends ever since .  I even invited my ex-banker husband Bob to be my Chief Financial Officer!  (That's him in the pic)  He get's a total kick out of it.  I'm probably one of the only wives who has ever heard her husband say, "Honey, don't do that - you'll break a nail!"

So that's me. I am a Color Street addict now and I carry a good sized cash and carry inventory.  I love the product and wear it all the time.  If you haven't tried it you really should.  It's a total game changer for us busy women who don't have time for something as mundane as waiting for our nails to dry!  Aargh!

If I don't already, I hope to get to know you online or in person some day, and I hope I get to bring a little happy into your life!

Hugs,

Ann Moeding-Evans
